(August 2, 2012) -- Two new victories in a string of convictions and guilty pleas nearly wrap up a five-year prosecution of bid rigging and kickbacks that bled New York Presbyterian Hospital from 2000 to 2008. On July 31, the Department of Justice secured guilty pleas from Santo Saglimbeni and Emilio “Tony” Figueroa for awarding service contracts in exchange for cash, goods and services.
