Abbott joins FTC as acting general counsel as Shonka leaves for Redgrave

Alden Abbott, who for the past four years had been a senior legal fellow and deputy director of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, has been named acting general counsel of the Federal Trade Commission.
