Two more executives indicted for alleged auto parts bid-rigging

(May 29, 2015) -- The recent announcement that two more auto executives had been indicted as part of the Justice Department’s investigation into market allocation, price fixing and bid rigging in the automotive parts sector brings the total to 55 individuals who have been charged for such alleged misconduct. Also, 35 companies have pleaded guilty or agreed to plead guilty to similar charges, and they have agreed to pay more than $2.5 billion in criminal fines....
