(January 31, 2013) -- The Justice Department reached a settlement with an association of 350 Oklahoma chiropractors and its executive director to end their practice of jointly determining prices and negotiating rates with health insurers. The department alleges that the executive director negotiated at least seven contracts with insurers, between 2004 and 2011, that set prices for services of the members of the Oklahoma State Chiropractic Independent Physicians Association (OSCIPA).
