(September 30, 2011) -- On Sept. 27, a Detroit federal grand jury returned an indictment against three former executives of Panasonic Corp., a Whirlpool subsidiary and a Tecumseh Products Co. subsidiary, for their alleged roles in an international conspiracy to fix the prices of refrigerant compressors.
