On-line teen-tracking legislation re-emerges

(November 19, 2013) -- Sen. Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.), and Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas), picked up where they left off in the last Congress when they recently introduced the “Do Not Track Kids” Act, a measure to provide more privacy protection for children’s online activities.
