HOW CAN I ACCESS THE CONTENT?

Individual online access is available via an individual username and password. You will be provided with login details when you sign up for the service.

DO I NEED A USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE CONTENT?

Yes, for individual subscriptions. When you register, or sign up for a trial, you will be assigned a username and a password.
If you have a firm-wide subscription via IP authentication then you do not need a username and password to log in to the website. For assistance, please contact customerservices@ftcwatch.com

CAN I HAVE YOU SEND FTCWatchTM DIRECTLY TO ME VIA EMAIL?

If you have a subscription to FTCWatch™ we will send the newsletter to the email address you provided when you registered for the service. From the newsletter you can link directly to the website to read more articles and archived issues.

WHAT IF I LOST/DELETED/CAN’T FIND MY PASSWORD?

You can reset your password or Email customerservices@ftcwatch.com and we’ll reset it for you.
