(December 1, 2011) -- George Gonzalez, former chief commercial officer of Cielos Airlines, a Peruvian air cargo carrier, pleaded guilty Nov. 30 in the Southern District of Florida to participating in a conspiracy to fix prices in violation of the Sherman Act, a violation which carries a maximum $1 million fine and up to 10 years in prison.
