PayPal settles with FTC over Venmo data disclosure
The Federal Trade Commission announced that Paypal has settled charges that Venmo, its peer-to-peer payment service, gave misleading disclosures to consumers and violated the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act’s data security rules.
