More execs plead guilty in auto-parts cases

(December 3, 2013) -- The Justice Department’s investigation into price fixing and bid rigging in the auto parts industry recently produced three more guilty pleas of high-level executives. On November 21, the Department announced that Yasuhiko Ueno, Saburo Imamiya and Yoshinobu Fujino of Tokyo-based Takata Corp. have agreed to plead guilty for their roles in a scheme to fix prices of seatbelts installed in cars sold in the United States....
