FTC shouldn’t use USDA as model for competition rulemaking

Washington, D.C. (February 5, 2019) -- Federal Trade Commission member Rohit Chopra recently suggested the FTC look to other agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, for pointers on how to fashion rules that boost competition.
