Neil Averitt commentary: Sky unlikely to fall if state boards become supervised

(July 31, 2014) -- Put on your hard hat if you go anywhere near the Supreme Court, because there is a substantial risk that the sky will fall. That according to the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners and their brief writing amici, who say the FTC’s effort to require active supervision of financially interested regulatory boards will create a bureaucratic nightmare and make the situation worse.
